SARAH WEAVER ENSEMBLE
Sarah Weaver Ensemble is the primary performing group for her solo, chamber, large ensemble, and network arts works. The group performs in-person throughout New York and performs online in network arts projects. The roster features pioneering musicians from jazz, classical, and electronic music including Ray Anderson (trombone), Jane Ira Bloom (soprano saxophone), Yoon Sun Choi (voice), Robert Dick (flutes), Mark Dresser (bass), Marty Ehrlich (woodwinds), Julie Ferrara (oboe, english horn), Mark Helias (bass), Gerry Hemingway (drum set, percussion), Denman Maroney (piano), Ursel Schlicht (piano), Joe McPhee (multiple instruments), Ned Rothenberg (woodwinds), Steve Rust (bass), David Taylor (bass trombone), Min Xiao-Fen (pipa), Matthias Ziegler (flutes), James Zollar (trumpet), Sarah Weaver (computer music, conductor).
