10/19/07 "DREAMWAKER" ENSEMBLE PIECE + SECOND LIFE INSTALLATION FOR IONE'S 12th ANNUAL DREAM FESTIVAL - KINGSTON, NY

For Large Ensemble + Second Life Avatar/Installation. "Dreamwaker" is a piece for sounding ensemble across states of dream reality. Collages of free association dream and waking material create intersections and nodes within waves of collective realities. These nodes are amplified into frequencies that are captured and developed as themes and wakers of connection and action for our society.

Edo Paulus' Second Life sound installation was projected concurrently during the performance. Resonating-With-secondlifeWind is a permanent, large scale, generative sound-installation in Second Life, "a 3D online digital world imagined and created by its residents".

6/8-10/07 DEEP LISTENING INSTITUTE CONVERGENCE CONCERT SERIES - SANCTUARY FOR INDEPENDENT MEDIA, TROY, NY

Deep Listening Institute presents
The Deep Listening Convergence Concert Series
June 8th, 9th and 10th in Hudson Valley, NY, USA

Forty five musicians representing 11 countries are coming together at the LifeBridge Sanctuary in High Falls NY after a five month
virtual residency online to perform three New York State concerts:

8PM June 8th @ the Sanctuary for Independent Media, Troy, NY
8PM June 9th @ Time Space Ltd., Hudson, NY
3PM June 10th @ the LifeBridge Sanctuary, High Falls, NY

Originally proposed by Vonn New with the assistance of technical director Scot Gresham-Lancaster, the three concerts are the proof of
concept. Via the internet using Skype, musicians form new ensembles, improvise, plan and rehearse in audio conferences up to ten players at a time. The concerts will feature various world premieres and a wide array of compositions including Pauline Oliveros' famous Worldwide Tuning Meditation.
